This screen lets you specify general information about the event log filter set.
  • Name: This is the name of the event log filter set, as you'd like it to display throughout Overseer.
  • Machine Name: This is the name of the machine to use when editing the event log filter set. This is used to query for event logs and the source names. This is only used for editing the event log filters for the filter set.
  • Password: This is the password to use when connecting to the machine above when editing the event log filter set. This is only used for interactively editing the event log filters for the filter set.
  • Log Name: This is the event log name that this filter set is based on.
  • Filters: These are the event log filters contained in the filter set. These are edited using the same interface when adding filters to an event log resource.
