TCP Socket resources are used to monitor services hosted by TCP that aren't
otherwise monitored by Overseer. TCP Socket resources connect via TCP to
the specific port, and optionally check the preamble/response text for a
specific phrase. This is very useful for detecting if SSH or SMTP servers
are answering requests.
