Overview

Notifications Groups are used to group your notifications(email/sms addresses) together logically. Notification groups are tied to a specific resource, and lets you easily define which group of people/contact info is notified when something goes down. This is useful for groups responsible for different resources. It may also be useful for differing levels of notification-- for example, resources absolutely critical to the business may notify all configured notifications, including cell phones. Less important resources may simply be sent to a notification group of lesser/passive important(i.e. only Email addresses).
