The incident report is used to show all the incidents that occurred for a resource
or group of resources during a given time. An incident is any time a resource is
unavailable, or in the case of event logs, when an event is reported. This is a
good top-down report to see what happened over a period of time. Each resource
is listed, and then each incident within the timeframe is grouped under each
resource.
